Smith machine hp full
The Smith Machine HP full compared to the BASE version, offers as standard the Fully Adjustable Bench, which allows you to train the entire thrust compartment of the upper body, then large pectoral, deltoid and triceps. The bench offers 14 possible inclinations, from 0 to 85 º. allowing to vary the training. The flat padding has a consistency tending to hard that allows to maintain the correct joint setup for a correct execution of the movement.
