Super inclined chest press

The Super Inclined Chest Press effectively trains the upper portion of the grand pectoralis (clavicular bundles), the anterior deltoid and the triceps working in synergy in the movement. The independent levers allow working in a mono and bilateral way, while the handles allow a prone or neutral grip. The standard equipment includes the easy start system, that help ease the initial setting and the start of the movement.
