Multi hip
The Multi Hip station allows you to train the main muscles involved in flexion, extension, adduction, and abduction of the thighs. The CAM guarantees a constant resistance for the entire ROM. The opportunity to adjust the lever rotation centre of the exercise, allow the station to adapt to the physiological needs for each user. In addition, the counterbalance system reduces the empty weight of the operating lever. You can also adjust the starting angle to train different muscles or the same muscle group in opposite sides, right and left.
