Standing abductor
The Standing Abductor machine offers the opportunity to train hip abductors, such as medium and small glutes, and belt tensioner. The machine allows mono joint exercises such as hip abduction alone, or multi joint exercises such as hip abduction and pelvic extension. The physiological load curve ensures optimal training stress on the target muscles throughout the movement. The large front support handles ensure a stable grip allowing you to constantly maintain the correct position performing the mono lateral technical gesture execution.
