Standing total arms

The Standing Total Arms allows you to focus your training on all your arm muscles. The machine can reproduce both the Curling movement to stimulate the biceps, and the Push Down movement to stimulate the triceps. The Standing Total Arms allows the user to train the arms in Super Set, ensured by the Smart Switch system by which you can quickly and accurately interchange the rotating system of the operating arm. This ensures elevated training stimuli of the target muscles involved. The presence of the two CAMS allows a natural load adaptation in both working configurations while the counterbalance of the levers reduces the empty weight during the movement. The machine is equipped with both the straight and the EZ bar for different muscle stimuli. The large non-slip footrest platform ensures a stable support for making the training more effective.
