This page describes the website management methods for processing personal data of the users who consult it.

This is a policy which is also provided pursuant to art. 13 of GDPR 679/2016  to those users who interact with the web services of Panatta Srl, which can be accessed via the internet at the address:

The policy is only provided for the website of Agenzia Cambiamenti Srl and not for other web sites which also may have been consulted by the user via a link.

The policy is also based on Recommendation No 2/2001 which the European authorities for the protection of personal data, through the Group set up by art. 29 Directive No 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify certain minimum requisites for the on-line collection of personal data, and, in particular, the methods, time scale and nature of the information the data controller must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purposes for the connection.

Data processing related to the web services of this site is carried out at the above-mentioned offices of Panatta Srl and is only handled by the technical staff in the department in charge of data processing or by persons in charge of occasional maintenance tasks.
No data obtained from the web service will be communicated or disclosed.
The personal data provided by users who submit requests to receive information material or the publication of notifications are only used to provide the service or the action requested and are communicated to third parties only if necessary to fulfil this purpose.

Browsing data
The information systems and software procedures used to operate the web site  acquire, during the normal course of operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the communication protocols of the Internet.
Such information is not collected in order to associate it with identified data subjects, however, it might allow user identification as such after being processed and matched with data held by third parties.

The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the website: except for this possibility, the data on the web contacts are not stored for more than three days.

Data provided voluntarily by the user
The elective, explicit and voluntary sending of email messages to the addresses posted on this website entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, which is necessary to answer any queries, as well as of any other personal information included in the message.
Specific summary information will be progressively indicated or displayed on our website pages, prepared for particular services which may be requested.

OPTIONAL SUBMISSION OF DATA
Apart from what has already been stated regarding browsing data, the user is free to provide personal data contained in the application forms of Panatta Srl or indicated in the contacts session.
Failure to provide this information may make it impossible to obtain the services requested.

PROCESSING METHOD
Personal data are handled by automatic tools for the amount of time required to complete the activity for which they were collected.
Specific safety measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, unlawful or improper use and unauthorized access, as outlined in the Records of the Controller’s Processing Activities provided by GDPR 679/2016

DATA SUBJECTS’ RIGHTS
The data subjects have the right, at any time, to access, rectify, erase, limit or oppose processing, in addition to the possibility of withdrawing their consent at any time, without prejudicing the lawfulness of the processing, and of lodging a complaint with a supervisory authority in accordance with the provisions of articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR 679/2016, by sending a request to the data controller
